And DebbieC says: She's a little wiener dog wearing a warm valentine sweater, which as you can see she really needed today. The drop was a little challenging as the ped mall was full of city workers clearing the fresh snow we had last night. I was concerned about being seen and being told not to leave the toy, but I circled back and they had moved on.
