I know how you feel: sad to leave him. Believe me, it goes away when you see how happy you've made someone with your generosity and kindness. But, if you can't stand it, you can always make another one for yourself. Isn't it great?!
I feel exactly the same way--I worry about my little creations and hope they are happy. :-D
