Hi there to anyone popping by after reading the article. Thanks for taking the time to come and check out The Toy Society and all its mischievous Random Acts of Craft.
For anyone not in Melbourne you can read the article here. It's exciting to see The Toy Society featured in the mainstream non-craft media!
I thought I should take a second to
- There's a good spread of drops and finds at the moment on the first page, so scroll down.
- Use the tags in the left column to help you navigate through all the drops and finds. You can also click country tags, or themed tags etc.
- The links to the World Wide Christmas drop, maps and finders are still in the left column
- Everyone is welcome to join The Toy Society. Just fill in the form in the left column, click submit and all the info will be yours.
- There's a flickr page where all the photos land before they hit the blog.
- The article says there would hopefully be 100 drops by April....the total count is now at 295!

Well done Bianca, I am so pleased for you. Everyone who finds out what i do for the Toy Society thinks it's a gr8 idea and my friends want to join in too.
It's often the little things that have the most impact.
thanks for sharing the newspaper article.
You should be gloating, at least a little. I'm so proud to be part of your project and I think you're marvy for thinking of it. Many more of those newspaper articles, tho, and you wont remain incognito, hah!
Hey there! Awesome article in the Age, you should be very proud. But you should be even more proud of the Society itself.
Well done babe, good work!
What a great article! Congratulations Bianca. I love the idea of having a whole street decked out...very cool!
Good news Bee.

This is great!! Well don'e. I've started to realise this is highly addictive. I've already got 2 more drops in the pipeline
I'm so happy that you got this publicity - for having such a great idea and for doing the work to pull it off, you deserve it! Congratulations!
Well done! :)
