Thank you for the gorgeous doll - my 19 month old daughter Maya found it! It's the first time we've been to that playground and it was the coldest morning! We were killing time before a last minute doctors appointment as Maya had red spots which I only realised when I got to childcare so had to bypass work and childcare and head straight to the doctors. Turns out she was fine but it was such a lovely thing to stumble across when you're having those moments! It was meant to be - it brightened up our day to no end!

Sorry it's taken so long to respond, I was over the moon when my 2 year old was given this lovely

hand made bunny with carrot, it's not everyday that you experience this amount of kindness

from a complete stranger, it restores your faith in people and makes you want to do the same....

She loves it and was taking it out to the garden for a walk when I took this,

thank you so very much x x x she'll cherish it forever

Our family got up on Thursday morning for a long walk/jog. We had just come around to our final stretch and we spotted something up in the tree. The girls ran over and to their amazement spotted Alice. We quickly read the note and they were so excited to read that she was theirs to keep! Makenzie (age 6) and Maddie (age 3) are going to take such good care of her. They are inspired to join the toy society and do this for others. It absolutely made our day! We had chills and squeals of excitement. Thank you for such a special gift.

I Make Stuff

The Toy Society is delighted to be part of a special new book "I Make Stuff". Edited by the in-the-know ladies of Handmadelife the book is a collection of stories from makers around the world. We'll let you know when it's available to buy, because it looks so delicious that you may just need a copy for your own bookshelf.
