Hi!! My family and I found Penelope Hoot yesterday after leaving the Aquarium! My fiance (he proposed while we were in New Orleans), my daughter, she's seven, and myself were walking towards the French Market when my fiance noticed the statue and I noticed something "else" sitting with it! We opened up the package and decided to take her home! We've also decided that somehow we are going to get a sewing machine and start making little friends to spread love around our area! Penelope is going to be our new traveling companion, we are going to take her everywhere we can! Thanks so much to adding some joy to our lives!
